Pinnacle has been proud to work on the 4th floor, 4 bedroom 4,209 sq ft apartment, which proudly features a 42-foot-long reception room, kitchen and breakfast room and large principal bedroom suite.

60 Curzon represents a rare opportunity to live within a new landmark building in one of London’s most coveted locations. The striking art-deco inspired building has been meticulously curated design by the late Thierry Despont. The building benefits from an unparalleled location within Mayfair, close to all the best lifestyle amenities that London has to offer.

This development has dedicated concierge team and 24-hour security presence, secure underground parking and valet service, as well as a private resident’s club lounge and courtyard garden.

Our work

Collaborating with our esteemed client, Elicyon, we were privileged to undertake a series of transformative enhancements within the £24.7m apartment, including:

Flooring Refurbishment: Skilfully sanding the dark wood flooring – originally installed by our team and expertly staining it to a lighter, more contemporary tone, revitalising its elegance and enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.

Kitchen Installation: Reimagining the space with the removal of dark wood units, paving the way for a more contemporary and refined aesthetic.

Interior Decoration: Elevating the ambiance through expert painting and the seamless application of luxurious wallpaper.

Each element was executed with precision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, reflecting the sophistication synonymous with Elicyon’s vision.
