Sustainability

At Pinnacle, we’re committed to crafting exceptional joinery and carpentry with sustainability at the heart of everything we do. We believe that great craftsmanship should not come at the expense of the environment. This is  why we prioritise eco-friendly practices across all our projects. From using sustainably sourced timber to recycling waste materials, we are constantly seeking ways to minimise our carbon footprint. Therefore knowing that our work contributes to a greener future.

Using FSC-certified wood

One of the ways we uphold our sustainability values is by using responsibly sourced wood that’s certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). FSC certification ensures that the wood we use comes from forests managed with strict environmental, social, and economic standards. By choosing this certification, we support responsible forestry, helping to protect biodiversity and prevent deforestation, ensuring forests are preserved for future generations. Recycling and waste reduction

Our team is dedicated to minimising waste throughout our joinery process. By meticulously planning and optimising material use, we reduce scrap wood and repurpose offcuts whenever possible. Even the sawdust collected from our machines is stored and used to heat our workshop during colder months, significantly reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill. This approach not only benefits the environment but also helps lower our energy consumption on-site, ensuring we make the most of every resource.

Furthermore at Pinnacle, we’re proud to combine high-quality craftsmanship with a commitment to sustainability. By choosing eco-friendly materials and reducing waste, we’re doing our part to create beautiful, long-lasting joinery that’s kinder to the planet.
