Pinnacle is on the lookout for an experienced and creative Senior Staircase CAD Designer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your Role
As a Senior Staircase CAD Designer, you will:
- Create detailed and accurate CAD drawings for bespoke staircase designs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and our internal team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Apply your expertise in structural principles to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building regulations.
- Offer innovative solutions to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Develop and grow the Pinnacle staircase division by identifying new opportunities and fostering good client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A proven track record as a senior CAD designer with 5-7 years of experience, ideally in staircase design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Creative Vision: A flair for innovation and an eye for detail in design.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot design challenges and propose viable solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on a permanent, full-time basis, with easy commute to our workshop in West Drayton (UB7) and travel to site-based projects. Due to the location of the workshop and site-based locations a full UK driving licence is required. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team, responsible for the manufacturer and installation of our Pinnacle staircases.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of joinery, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship independently or as part of a team.

Your Role
As a Senior Staircase Manufacturer, you will:
· Perform and oversee the fabrication and assemble wooden staircases.
· Carry out and supervise carpentry work that involves plumb measurements and precise cutting.
· Operate power tools safely and effectively for various joinery tasks.
· Maintain workshop and site health and safety regulations.
· Have knowledge of design software or have a willingness to learn.
· Develop good client relationships and assist grow the Pinnacle staircase division.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience: Do you have experience with creating beautiful staircases, with 5+ years’ experience? Or are you an experienced apprentice in staircase manufacturing?
· Technical Skills: Knowledge of design software, or willing to learn.
· Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot design challenges and propose viable solutions.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise team members effectively and looking to develop into a client-based role? Proficiency in English are essential for this role.
· Flexibility: Availability to work on a permanent, full-time basis. This candidate with have an easy commute to our workshop in West Drayton (UB7) and be able to attend site visits. Due to the location of the workshop and site-based locations a full UK driving licence is required. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
